GVOM Pty Ltd, trading as Creative Kubo ("we," "our," or "us"), provides done-for-you content production and digital marketing services. We're committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only collect what we need to run our services properly.

  • Business information (business name, role, industry)
  • Details you share when booking a content audit call or enquiring about our services
  • Content and information you provide for campaigns, shoots, or projects we deliver for you

Payment information

  • Billing details processed via our payment provider, GoHighLevel
  • We do not store full credit card details ourselves

Technical and usage data

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Site interactions, cookies, and basic analytics from our website

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and manage content audit call bookings;
  • deliver the services you engage us for;
  • process billing, payments, refunds, and cancellations;
  • send onboarding, project, and service-related communications;
  • improve our services and how we deliver them; and
  • meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share limited data with:

  • GoHighLevel, for managing content audit call bookings
  • Google Meet or Zoom, for call delivery
  • Stripe or Xero, for payment processing
  • Zapier and Airtable, for internal automation and reporting
  • Our email service provider, for onboarding and service-related emails
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law

Advertising audiences: From time to time, we may upload contact information (such as email addresses) to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to create custom or lookalike advertising audiences. We only do this where we have a proper basis to do so, and we review this against Meta's own terms and applicable privacy law before any upload. If you'd prefer your information not be used this way, contact us at hello@creativekubo.com and we'll exclude you.

All third parties we share data with are required to handle it securely and only for the purposes we've engaged them for.

5. International Data Transfers

Several of our service providers, including [CONFIRM: relevant providers], and Meta, are based or operate servers outside Australia, primarily in the United States. This means your data may be stored or processed overseas.

Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable standard of protection, consistent with our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to:

  • deliver your project or service;
  • meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years for financial records in Australia); and
  • resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.

  • request correction of inaccurate or outdated information;
  • request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations;
  • object to certain uses of your information;

If you're contacting us from outside Australia, we'll do our best to honour equivalent rights available to you under your local law.

8. Marketing and Communications

We send emails about content audit call bookings, projects, and occasionally, relevant offers.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails relating to an active project (booking confirmations, billing notices) will continue regardless, as these aren't marketing communications.

We don't send marketing messages without a proper basis to do so.

Our website uses cookies and basic analytics to:

  • keep the site functioning properly;
  • understand how visitors use the site; and
  • measure engagement so we can improve it.
